Due to an appently known design flaw, the lid protection strips slam the body when closed, my Macbook is cracked. Only two years old. This should not happen, my 8 years old Thinkpad is still good looking.Out of warranty, let's find out the costs of repair. It is too early to replace it with an aluminium Macbook.
